- Take-home 10mL Testosterone vial (200mg/mL): 18 week supply.
- Supplies- Needles, Syringes - Included.
- Estrogen Blocker (if needed) - Included.
Enclomiphine Tablets
12.5mg and 25mg tablets.
Testosterone compounded cream
For those who prefer daily cream over injections.
Testosterone Pellets
These last 3-6 months. In clinic procedure.
Initial Lab Panels
These will work at any LabCorp and CPL locations nationwide.
New Patient - New to TRT Panel
This is the requisite option for patients who are:
- NOT on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and;
- Are establishing as new patients
New Patient - Ongoing Panel
1. Are currently on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and;
2. Wanting to establish with us as new patients.
3. Price varies depending on age of your most recent labs and if any specific labs need to be done .
TRT 6 week follow-up panel
This is the cash pay price for lab work for established patients who are getting labs for follow-up appointments. These are done 6 weeks after the first appointment and 6 weeks after any modifications to your treatment.
We also have a la carte labs that may be requested.
