We will process your forms and get you set up with the system within 2 hours.

If you don't have recent labs within 3 months, we can get them set up for you.
We use CPL Labs (Clinical Pathology Laboratories) to do our labs. They are located everywhere in the country.
The cost is $40 for weight loss labs and $135 for testosterone labs.

Once payment for the labs has been made the doctor will order the labs for you.
The doctor will send you a confirmation to take to the lab.
You won't need to schedule an appointment with the lab. (You are free to walk in and get your labs done whenever you wish. We recommend you go fasting, but it is not required.)
Most CPL labs close at 430pm. Google for the closest CPL lab near you.
