 This is the requisite option for patients who are:

1. NOT on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and;
2. Are establishing as new patients

            1. Are currently on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and;

            2. Wanting to establish with us as new patients.

            3. Price varies depending on age of your most recent labs and if      any specific labs need to be done .

 This is the cash pay price for lab work for established patients who are getting labs for follow-up appointments. These are done 7 weeks after the first appointment and 7 weeks after any modifications to your treatment.
